Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of spargevents.in, operated by TO BE CONFIGURED - registered business name. By entering a contest or buying a package you agree to them.

1. Who may enter

• Contests are open to residents of India.
• There is no age limit, but an entry for anyone under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
• By entering, you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to submit the artwork.

2. Your artwork

• You keep ownership of your artwork. We claim no ownership of anything you submit.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the artwork on our website and to reproduce it on certificates and award items for you.
• You confirm the artwork is the participant's own original work and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• We may remove any entry that is plagiarised, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable, without refund.

3. Entry, certificates and evaluation

• Entering is free, and digital certificates are issued free of charge to every participant.
• A certificate of appreciation is issued for each artwork submitted.
• Entries are evaluated by our panel by age category. Rankings and award decisions are final and are not open to appeal.
• We do not guarantee any participant will receive a rank, prize or excellence award.

4. Paid packages

• Physical packages are optional. Nothing about entry or digital certificates requires payment.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the contest page and at checkout, and are the amount you pay.
• Physical items are personalised and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Prizes

• Where a season advertises a prize, its nature and value are stated on that season's page.
• Prizes may be awarded in kind rather than as cash. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
• Any tax payable on a prize is the recipient's responsibility.

6. Your account

• Sign-in is by one-time email code or Google sign-in. Keep access to your email secure.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraudulent or abusive entries.

7. What we do not promise

• The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, payment providers or events beyond our control.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in respect of the entry concerned.

8. Certificate verification

Certificates carry a unique number that anyone may check on our verification page. Forging, altering or misrepresenting a Sparg Events certificate is prohibited and we may invalidate any certificate obtained through false information.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our registered address.
