This policy applies only if you have purchased an Award Pack or Winner's Pack. Digital certificates are delivered instantly to your dashboard and involve no shipping.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in India that our courier partners serve. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Dispatch and delivery times
- Production: 5–7 working days from payment. Items are engraved and printed to order.
- Transit: typically 4–8 working days after dispatch, depending on location.
- Total: most orders arrive within 10–15 working days of payment.
Where an order is placed before results are declared, dispatch begins after the results date for that season, so that any rank earned can be engraved correctly.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery is included in the package price. There are no separate shipping charges and no amount is payable on delivery.
4. Tracking
We email a tracking reference once your order is dispatched. If you have not received one within 10 working days of payment, contact info@spargevents.in with your Entry Code.
5. Getting your address right
Please check the delivery address shown on your dashboard before ordering. You can edit it there at any time before dispatch. Include the house or flat number, street, landmark, city, state and PIN code, and make sure the mobile number on your account is reachable — couriers call or message before delivering.
If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because nobody was reachable, redelivery is chargeable at the applicable courier rate.
6. Damaged or lost packages
- Damaged on arrival: email us within 7 days with photographs of the item and packaging and we will replace it free of charge.
- Lost in transit: we will replace the order at our cost once the courier confirms the loss.
7. Delays outside our control
Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier disruption, weather, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control, though we will keep you informed and help you track the shipment.
