Grievance redressal
If your issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction through normal support, you may escalate it by writing to info@spargevents.in with "Grievance" in the subject line, along with your Entry Code and a description of the problem.
We acknowledge escalated complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days of receipt.
