Participants may submit up to 5 original artworks in a single entry across any of the following recognized styles:
Age Categories
Open to students, self-taught henna artists, homemaker creators, and professional bridal mehendi designers across India.
- Pre-School & Kids (Up to 6 Yrs) Evaluated on expressive color & motor creativity
- Junior Division (7 – 12 Yrs) Evaluated on theme clarity, neatness & imagination
- Teen Division (13 – 18 Yrs) Evaluated on technique, proportion & originality
- Adult / Open Division (18+ Yrs) Evaluated on advanced mastery, intricacy & finish
100-Point Evaluation Rubric & Recognition
Every submission is scored independently within its age division. Digital Certificates of Appreciation are free for all valid entries, while National Rank Excellence Certificates are awarded to top scorers. Optional physical medal & printed certificate keepsake packs never influence jury rankings.

Uniqueness of motif, personal interpretation, and fresh artistic perspective.

Is entry to the Sparg Events Mehendi Art Contest free?
Yes. Online registration, jury evaluation, and your verifiable Digital Certificate of Appreciation (plus Excellence Certificate if ranked) are 100% free. Physical medals and printed keepsake packs are optional paid upgrades.
Can I submit Mehendi designs drawn on paper or acrylic sheets?
Yes. You may submit henna cone designs applied on hands/feet or neatly executed on practice sheets/boards.
How are Mehendi contest entries judged?
Every submission is evaluated on our 100-point rubric: Creativity & Originality (30 pts), Linework & Cone Control (30 pts), Symmetry & Composition (20 pts), and Age-Division Benchmark (20 pts).
